Winter·Main reasons of poor construction：
1.The ground is not fully dry;
2.The ground surface temperature is lower, the PVC flooring and the ground are difficult to be stuck together fully.
3.The curing speed of the adhesive is slower due to the lower temperature.
4.The PVC sports flooring will be affected by the temperature difference between day and night after construction.
5.The PVC flooring did not adapt to the temperature of the construction site.
Winter·Do the following steps well in construction:
External environment:
1.Within 12 hours before and after construction, the indoor temperature should be above 10 ° c.
2.The temperature that near the entrances and windows is lower, you must keep the ground warm by effective measures.
3.If on the cement ground, you must check whether the ground is dry fully.
Accessories:
1.When using the bonding agent, you must be strictly in accordance with the requirements. In low temperatures, you should extend the drying time.
2.Self-leveling requires adding water, low water temperature (below 5 ℃) will seriously affect the strength of self-leveling (no mixing self-leveling with warm water), strictly controlling the amount of water and mixing time. To ensure the environment temperature is above 5℃ before the self-leveling is dry, or warming measures need to be taken to avoid self-leveling losing its strength. The drying time of the self-leveling is longer, it need more time before the next process.
Flooring:
1.It’s different from normal temperature environment, the floorings should be made stand on end when they are being transported and stored by pallet in lower temperature. The storage time of the PVC flooring should be more than 24 hours in construction environment before opening.
2.Making level the flooring by using roller pressure after pavement.
